Services: In-home organization, resets, and coaching are provided as scheduled and agreed upon.
Digital Products: Items such as Kickstart Your Sanctuary are delivered electronically and are for personal use only. You may not share, resell, or reproduce them.
2. Payment & Refund Policy
Digital Products: Due to the nature of instant access, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the product has been purchased.
Services: Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. Cancellations with at least 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may forfeit the session fee.
3. Client Responsibility
You are responsible for your own decisions regarding what to keep, donate, or discard during the organization process. Soulfully Sorted provides guidance but does not make final decisions on your behalf.
For in-home services, the space must be safe and accessible at the scheduled time.
4. Limitation of Liability
Soulfully Sorted is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during services.
We are not liable for any emotional or physical responses to the organizing or releasing process.

All digital guides, templates, and materials provided are the intellectual property of Soulfully Sorted. They may not be copied, distributed, or resold.
6. Results Disclaimer
Results vary based on individual effort and circumstances. While many clients experience significant improvement in their home and lifestyle, we do not guarantee specific outcomes.
